Our story

RECIRCLE MED project features a diverse and geographically balanced partnership, including partners with high capacity in integrating tools and results, capitalizing existing knowledge, transferring solutions to new territories, raising awareness, upskilling and training, amplifying the project’s impact and extending the outreach of the results, disseminating and communicating to different target groups.

The partnership is composed of eight members, six based in the EU member states and two from IPA countries.

It includes one University specialized in sustainable tourism, one non-profit international association representing the Mediterranean private sector, one national public authority responsible for energy and water use, three municipalities and one association of municipalities acting as receivers and one SME with long experience in transnational cooperation projects.

The project partners (PPs) will actively contribute to all project activities in a transversal way by bringing their capacities, expertise and networks.

The project is also supported by 13 Associated Organizations, selected to achieve both a geographical balance and thematic competencies.
